Boolean operators (understanding AND/OR in dependencies)

When using OR, that means that the action will trigger if any of the conditions are met. For example, the below field will be shown if the position is Mechanic or it's a New role.

When using AND, that means that the action will trigger if all of the conditions are met. For example, this field will only show if the position is Mechanic and it is a new role, otherwise it will stay hidden.

Generally, if there is only one condition, both OR and AND work the same. However, once there are multiple conditions that need to be met for a dependency to take place, that is when they function differently.

Hope this helps!
